How long does the delivery take ?
Delivery usually takes 7 - 20 business days. External factors such as logistical delays or customs controls can influence the delivery time. Periods like Black Friday or Cyber Monday can also influence the delivery time because of the high volume of orders around the world. For some regions like Africa, Middle East or South America, the delivery may take up a bit longer.

Where do I recieve my order confirmation ?
You will recieve your order confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason you don't recieve your confirmation email after 24 hours, check your spam folder, if you don't find anything, please contact us at Support@deluxplay.com.
How can I track my order and when will I recieve my tracking number ?
After your package shipped, you will recieve your tracking number by email. This tracking number will allow you to track your order.
We usually ship your package within 1-3 business days, but your tracking number may take up to 10 days before being available and sent to you by email.
What happens if my DeluxPod doesn't work ?
If you recieve a defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will propose you a refund or a replacement.
Can I return my product ?
You are eligible for a return only if the package haven't been opened and is intact.
Do DeluxPods 2.0 work with any device?
Yes. They have a universal bluetooth connectivity and work both with Android an IOS devices ( Samsung, Iphone ...).
How long does the battery last?
DeluxPods 2.0 last up to 3.5 hours of listening time on one charge.they have 24+ hour listening time with multiple charges.
